Paul Davis, Founder and CEO of DRONE FIDELITY®, is a U.S. Army Veteran, FAA-certified commercial drone pilot, and reality capture specialist. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Paul earned his MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University before relocating to the Washington Metropolitan Area in 2003. He brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience, having directed large-scale infrastructure, modernization, and transformation initiatives for organizations including Equinix, Fannie Mae, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and Amtrak. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), he has successfully delivered complex, multi-million-dollar construction and infrastructure projects, master redevelopment programs, and enterprise transformation initiatives across highly regulated industries where precision, accountability, safety, and risk management are critical to project success.

What began as a personal interest in drone technology in 2020 quickly evolved into a passion for aerial data collection and reality capture. Paul earned multiple aviation credentials, including FAA Part 107 and EASA A1/A2/A3 certifications, and later helped establish the foundation for Amtrak’s national drone program focused on railway safety inspections and asset intelligence. Although the initiative was ultimately defunded before deployment, the experience reinforced his belief that high-quality aerial data has the power to transform how organizations inspect, document, measure, and manage critical assets. That vision ultimately led to the creation of DRONE FIDELITY®.
