Paul Davis, Founder and CEO of DRONE FIDELITY®, is a U.S. Army Veteran and FAA-certified commercial drone pilot. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Paul earned his MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University before relocating to the Washington Metropolitan Area in 2003. He brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience, having led major strategic infrastructure and transformation initiatives at organizations including Equinix, Fannie Mae, the IMF, and Amtrak. Paul is an expert-level Project Management Professional (PMP) with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million-dollar programs with precision and accountability across highly regulated sectors such as Finance, Federal, and Transportation.

What began as a personal interest in drone technology in 2020 quickly evolved into a professional passion. Paul earned multiple drone certifications, including FAA Part 107 and EASA A1/A2/A3, and later helped lay the foundation for Amtrak’s national drone program focused on railway safety inspections. Although the initiative was ultimately defunded before deployment, the experience reinforced his belief in the value of aerial data for infrastructure safety, asset management, and project intelligence. That vision became the catalyst for launching DRONE FIDELITY®.
